The Ordinary World

You know exactly
what's missing.

Random YouTube WODs

Monday: 150 wall balls. Tuesday: max effort deadlifts. No progression. No purpose. Just noise.

Zero accountability

Without a coach watching, the hard sets get cut short. The rest periods stretch. The bar drops.

Programming that loops

Same movements, same weights, same results. Months pass and nothing changes because nothing builds.

Nearest box: 90 minutes out

You didn't lose the drive when you moved. Just the proximity. That shouldn't be the end of the story.

The Call

Programming built for
the edges of your day.

Every cycle at Forge runs twelve weeks. Strength builds on strength. Gymnastics skills layer over months, not days. There's a reason your pull-up count moves — and it's not random.

Coach Devin programs every session personally. Movement demos are filmed weekly, not recycled from last year. When something in the community breaks down — a lift, a skill — it gets addressed in the next cycle.

Strict HSPU 4×5 · Kipping development · AMRAP 12: 10 T2B, 10 box jumps (24/20), 200m run

Coach Demo Notes

Zone 2 only — you should be able to hold a full conversation. This session protects Thursday and Friday.

30 min aerobic row or bike at conversational pace · Mobility: hip flexors, thoracic, ankles

Coach Demo Notes

Clean: fast elbows in the catch. Jerk: dip-drive-drop, land with hips under bar. EMOM pacing: leave 20 seconds rest per minute.
